1. Change of Mind Returns

- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless they are faulty.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@berrylicious.com.au with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at no extra cost to you.
3. How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns. However, we will cover shipping costs if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
